Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  1. Timeframe:

    • Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • The return window begins from the date the shipping carrier marks the item as delivered.
  2. Condition of Items:

    • Products must be unused, unworn, and unaltered, with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
    • Wigs and hairpieces that show signs of wear, have been styled, colored, washed, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return or exchange.
  3. Restocking Fee:

    • All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
  4. Final Sale Items:

    • Custom orders, sale items, and promotional offers are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  5. Excluded Items:

    • Accessories such as wig caps, adhesives, and brushes must be in unopened, original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Step 1: Contact Us:

    • Email us at [email protected] as soon as possible to explain the reason for your return or exchange.
    • Our team will provide you with a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number based on your situation.
  2. Step 2: Get the Return Address:

    • We will send you the specific return address via email.
    • Please note: Do not ship your return to the address listed on our website, as we have a dedicated return department to handle returns.
  3. Step 3: Ship Your Item:

    • Include your RMA number and a printed copy of your order confirmation with the returned item.
    • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
    • We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking and insurance to ensure safe delivery.

Processing Time

  • Returns and exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Orders shipped via the free shipping option will have a $25 shipping fee deducted from the refundable amount.
  • Taxes or duties incurred during the original shipment are the buyer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed.
  • Exchanges will not incur additional shipping fees for the replacement item.

Important Notes

  • Odor-Free Requirement: Items with any odors (such as perfume, smoke, or hair products) will not qualify for a return or exchange.
  • RefinedWigs reserves the right to determine whether an item meets the return and exchange requirements.

Custom Orders

Custom wigs, including special sizing, cap alterations, or personalized color options, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
